This is another Quantum Builder’s rehab, for all intents and purposes a down to the studs, over on Osage Avenue in West Philadelphia. This house was owned by an older woman purchased by an investor and once we’re done the House will have brand-new paint electric plumbing of beautiful kitchen with tiled floor, basically this will be a beautiful house for some young family.
