Why would I give you money to rehab my investment property if you are not comfortable with me coming around to see what’s going on and are going to make fun of me on YouTube as soon as I leave?
We got a bunch of responses about this video (some where very insulting) and some folks misunderstood the message. All of our investors are always welcome to come see their properties when they want too. It’s their property and we encourage them to come.
The message is really about staying in your lane. Our investors know we do great work, that we are working in their interest and they are welcome to see their properties whenever.
Stay in your lane means use professionals and let them do their job. If you have great pro’s they will make you money.
