We got a call from the folks at Flip This House. They saw our videos on YouTube and we decided to tape our answers to the application and have some fun answering the questions. We’re gonna send them the application and the video, don’t know how they;ll react but you know us.

Hi Vic again

As you know, my partner the Brain has avoided being on these videos but today I accomplished the impossible. I hacked into the Brains personal computer and launched the video camera on his computer without him knowing. He has no idea that I recorded and uploaded this video so it’s our secret. BTW, we’ve got some exciting stuff going on including a potential to be involved with a 68 unit apartment building and being the new cast on Flip this House. We’ll see if ay of it pans out but for now enjoy the Brain at work.

Trust me when he learns about this he will blow up, so have fun

This is the first update for this deal since Vic and Leon where out in the blizzard. An investor bought this deal (for a steal) and now we are in the process of rehabbing it. The demo is mostly completed and we are now updateing the electric and putting in new systems in the 2nd floor apartment.

BTW – I have some very exciting news. Today I got a phone call from the executive producer of “Flip this house” Matt Levine. They are interested in doing a whole season of 15 houses with my team. I’m sure I will be working on some of the houses that you guys own in the process. Thanks for your support

Not long ago, I shot a video I called Pinky and The Brain. Boy, did we get emails about how funny that was. We also got emails asking me “What is Dwight up too.” and “Why did he disappear?”. I can’t tell “Why he disappeared” but I do know what he’s up to. He has been working with some large companies helping them with online marketing.

I know he’s been working with an education company and I know there business is booming because of his work. I also know that many people are starting to notice his work including a very good friend he started working with awhile ago David Bullock. David is an expert in search engine marketing for businesses as well as an expert in using testing to grow a business. Listen to what David say’s about Dwight

This is the end of the process on this house. We only have touch-up and will be walking the investor thru the house in a few days. The home which once was a complete shell is now a gem of a new home with all new systems, roof, floors, walls, kitchen, plumbing, new bathrooms, closets, electricity, wiring. Basically this house is a brand new house just waiting for a new home owner.
