Contractor Arguments – Bloopers that make you money Vic and Leon argue

Bloopers that make you money. There is cursing so if you are offended pass on this one. Vic and Leon argue about how to fix this house and who will pay for upgrades. The important lesson is that someone needs to make decisions while the rehab is being done so arguements with contractors are unusual. Besides it is very very funny to watch these to fools :)

Week1 See the bad shape this house is in. Demo and Framing

This is week 1, the contractor has removed most of the debris and completed some of the demo. This houe is in bad shape, the floor in the kitchen and second floor rear are gone and the rear wall holding the hous up is badly damaged. Victor walks you thru thsi rehab and explains what is going to happen to this house.

New Tenant takes Contractors parking space

We recently completed a rehab for an investor and as usual it was quality rehab and when we do a quality rehab we offer to special investors a service to help find them a tenant. In this case we have a very special investor (Mrs. X) and we have a list of potential tenants. So to help Mrs X get started making money quickly,  we  walking our potential tenants through the property while the rehab was being completed.

The potential tenants get a chance to see the quality of the work, how this once used home had been transformed to a brand new home with new plumbing, electric, heater, roof, paint, kitchen etc. Every tenant that walked trough the property wanted to live in this home, so we started the screening process and for Mrs X here is the good news.

When we pulled our truck out of the parking space in front of the house, the new carefully screened and vetted tenant moved in. Mrs X had absolutely no downtime, she bought a property (a Quantum wholesale deal), Quantum completed a beautiful quality rehab, the tenant moved in the day the rehab was complete and Mrs X is collecting more rent then she expected.
